Michael,

This is both funny and sad! I know this doesn’t characterize all youth ministries… but even one is one too many!

This negative perception about youth pastors/ministries doesn’t only impact their credibility and work, but also that of college/campus ministry.

It is a fine line we walk between being too relevant and not taking our work seriously enough, and then taking ourselves too seriously and not knowing how to connect with the people we serve!
